• Depending on the reason for the return, the customer may be responsible to pay the return freight charges.
• Depending on the reason for the return, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed.

Canceled Orders

• All canceled orders over $500 paid with a "Credit Card" will have a 5% credit card processing fee that cannot be returned.
• All canceled orders over $500 paid with a "Shop Pay Installments" will have a 6% credit card processing fee that cannot be returned.
