OUR STORY: KICKSTARTER TO KITCHEN

Born and raised in Alaska by a mother notorious for her organic good cooking, I've always had an appreciation for healthy delicious food. When I was invited on my first trip rafting the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, I was anxious about how I was going to get all of the healthy, delicious calories I needed for such an adventure. With a small five tray dehydrator, I dried over 50 pounds of food for my month-long adventure! Turkey jerky, instant sweet potatoes, fruit leathers, and other creations were just a sampling of what I discovered was possible!
